Photographer Revealedby buzzrockComment: I normally hate these shots where you see the photog's shadow but this one works thanks to some good lighting and subject matter. |

Can You Hear Me Now?by LucidLotusComment: Definitely the way I'd prefer to see some of the phones I hear on the train in the morning! DOF is a bit narrow and you chose a busy background. Nice idea. |

Repairs neededby pcodyComment: I really like this shot for originality and execution. It presents the subject matter in a nicely designed way with the messy decor creating the textural interest in the shot. Nice composition. [8] |

Full Moon Risingby DiamondPeteComment: What a serene and tranquil shot. Great idea - and you must have been up early to get it. I think it was well worth it. [8] |

Coming Outby amsmythComment: Confusing background and subject, but it looks like you've shown the full progression of a bloom here. It's beautiful but the subject's depth of focus is too narrow to retain interest in the other elements. Perhaps you could have used the depth of field to show the progression more by aligning them (bud closest to the camera) in a linear fashion and then focusing on the final 'exposed' result.
It's just a thought and might not work mind! ;) |

Out from the Shadowsby NazgulComment: Nice dynamic shape. Good concept, although I wonder if offsetting the composition to the left would have improved this? You would still need enough dark at the left (or right) side to make it work, but centering it kills some of the design in the shot. This would probably work well as portrait too - making use of the model's shape to further enhance the composition. |

Viperby rll07Comment: Cute concept. Could do with some directional lighting to take the brightness off the sliver. It's a busy shot but it works. |

Mystery Revealedby TarbiniComment: The depth of field is just too narrow for my liking. As far as Exposed goes this does tend to push the challenge a bit too literally for me. Composition is good but colour is a tad on the green side. Using some softer lighting/shadows would make this more interesting and allow a longer exposure and DOF. |

Emerging Orange Poppyby wmstarkComment: What a cute little emergence! I love the way the poppy looks like it's made of paper. Nice viewpoint - just a touch soft on the focus - but a good shot. Could have been improved with a little sharpening I suspect. |

Bare Againby katlynComment: This looks very surreal - as if it has been effected in some way. There appears to be some weird 'seams' in the image. It's quite distracting and I actually find this difficult to comment on - sorry. It's a pleasant composition abd I like the idea though. |
