ICE³by tomlewis1980Comment: Nice bit of space in the shot although I can\\\'t decide what that really does for it. I do prefer natural ice forms though and maybe this piece of ice just isn\\\'t interesting enough. DOF is a bit narrow but it\\\'s a pretty picture overall.
How did you get superscript in your title? |

Water & Ice by oskarComment: I like the scene and composotion - river looks beautiful. Focus is a little soft on the motionless areas though. Border is a bit too haeavy too. |

Pennington calmby dasserComment: Amazing sunlight and beautiful composition. The flock of birds is just too distant to form an emotive part of the shot which is frustrating. I also think that the post on the left is not quite prominent enough in the composition - which coul dhave been improved if you were closer to it and it pierced the skyline (which may not have been possible). Lovely scene. |

Liquid Logicby jmsetzlerComment: Beautiful lighting and definition although there's something slightly bothersome with the composition. It could be the cropping at the top right or the object to the left, I can't put my finger on it. Very smart nonetheless. |

Aquaeby colorosilenceComment: It's a great capture - very glacial and crisp.
If I block out the dark shape on the left though the image feels more relaxing and harmonious to look at, so I would have rotated it and cropped the black stuff out so that the lines were vertical. Great focus throughout. |

Slick!by GeneralEComment: Very intriguing viewpoint and a nice take on the challenge.
I like this for its abstract angle and wonder if the contextual material on the right would be better cropped out which would leave the viewer more disoriented, making even stronger use of the ragged line on the left. This woould lose some shape in the oil though but just obscuring that side with my hand does make for an excellent abstract without giving the game away. [9] |

Fall Reflectionsby CamComment: Doesn't meet the challenge at all. [1]
Of course it does! ;) I simply wonder what colour ribbon this may acquire.
Its crystal clear beauty is obvious to all with perfect hyperfocal, great composition and lovely use of the subject. [10] |

at a village designated world cultural heritageby kenboComment: I see water, but this shot does not captivate me in any way. It's very busy with no particular focal point, and the subject lacks interest itself. A more dynamic point of view may have helped here getting closer to the subject too. |
