Northern lightsby birgirComment: Stunning - oh I wish I could see these one day. What a sense of scale - and how tiny we all are. |

splash!by AlexysComment: Nice detail (though too much on the feet!!) and well composed. Not much special beyond this though, but the water on the floor looks kinda glacial and satisfying. |

window view self-portraitby claudia26Comment: You absolutely must have focus perfect for a shot like this. The lack of it here renders this quite uninteresting scene even less viewable I'm afraid. A nice pair of ankles though and some pretty decent feet too. ; ) |

Urgent Businessby DefyTimeComment: Good viewpoint. I think you needed a jet of amber liquid here to show urgency a little more.
Personally, I prefer not to wear snadles at urinals due to ambient spray from less careful gentlemen.

How To Catch a Woman: Bait the Trap; When She Takes the Bait, Collect the Preyby Dr.ConfuserComment: :: Hello from the Critique Club ::
............................................................
While I don't normally 'go' for this kind of shot - it is strangely alluring. For me it's not the subject though, but more the colours, lighting and general vibe. Set-up shots like this are a love-or hate them kind of thing, and I tend to fall into the latter category. That said, it's well shot and for its genre it looks accomplished with good DOF.
I'm intrigued by your choice of ISO for this. Why so high? Was there much noise? If anything it looks like there is some background mottling but I don't know whether you wanted some texture or not. I would prefer it super smooth, leaving all attention for your subject.
You may also find that setting your colour mode to Adobe RGB 1998 may improve your output for web and inkjet printing.
Cheers
Jon
