Wildby siggiComment: It's a very proficient shot, although totally unconvincing as a concept! I'm not sure if sepia works well here. I'd favour a subdued destauration of the colour shot.
If wildness is desired I don't think she'd stop to pose for the camera. A frantic, candid, or cowering figure would fit better. |

Fall in the Desertby moonwolfComment: You have a great composition here and a good subject but the shot is a little soft - or it was a small shot enlarged? Love the yellow foliage, but you will get hammered due to the quality element of the pic. |

The deeper you go the thicker it getsby hdogg4uComment: Doesn't meet the challenge: zero.

Good subject, a lovely wood, but I feel it needs more interest in the form of an animal, person or other feature to retain interest. Colours/light are a bit flat. |

Solitudeby Mr_MojorisinComment: A stark subject (which I like) but I fear there's not much else going on here to stay interested for long. The centred framing is not helping. |

Just kidding - this is nice, but perhaps a little soft and won't appeal to a majority of voters because of the 'flower thing'. The composition could be improved here by off-centering the subject and giving the viewer more to concentrate on by getting closer. |

Lovely scene, but your processing has pushed this too far for me and the JPEG compression has yielded many artifacts. You've got a great subject and I think many will find it frustrating not to be able to see more of it. |

Reflections in the Reedsby crabappl3Comment: Lovely scene - great composition.
There's a problem here for me which is one of excessive burning, resulting in an artificial and overpowering sky. As you can see how the sky really looked in the reflection, I would have been inclined to exercise restraint since your scene was lovely anyway. |

Harvest Seasonby dustin03Comment: Dustin - as I said before, this is great! ; )
I'm sure you'll do well with it. It's a heavily processed shot, but it looks better for it. Good luck. |
