I actually had to study this photograph quite hard to get it. First several times I saw it, i thought it was a homeless man, pushing his belongings. This may help understand if there is some confusion on this shot.

I belive that this chap is a street vendor who cooks. I belive those are tortillas and cornhusks on his wagon. The over all shot is technically great. Everything that should be in focus is, crisp and clean shot.

Fabulous, love the attention to details that you have got here, the stamps, key, even the handwriting. The only thing that botheres me is that he is writing to Joyce and it is clearly a man, so why the picture of the man? 10

great macro shot here, crisp clean lines. The lighting seems a little strong as it has taken away the blackness of the record. nice capture

hmm interesting take on this challenge, I think most people are going to think of old ways as in wooden piers though. not sure if this will help or hinder. Love the crispness of the lines, the fact that the pier is bending in the middle adds a touch of softness to what could just be straight boring lines. The colour is good.

clear deatils and looks like a tomatoe sauce in teh back there. may be it needs a softer light temp to it, to make it not so harsh?

I have never seen a gypsy look like this before. The colours are warm adn details in teh background are clear. I think that the look may hinder you as most people have a different image of a gypsy than you are depicting.
