What is this?by primabarbaraComment: This is great, I really like how the fruit is on display in your right hand picture and prominent, versus just being in the background with the others, it makes the whole picture not flat (if that makes sense), it really pulls your eye. Then the close up on the left. Excellent. |

In An Instantby GolferDDSComment: This is so good, I am insanely jealous of people that manage to get a fantastic shot like this of humming birds. This was an 8 from me, one of only 2 and came 2nd place on the order by my vote. Really well done! |

Oh deer by P-A-U-LComment: This really was a glimpse, brilliant, reminds me of the parks you can drive through in England. Only reason I say that, is I did that with my kiddies all the time when we went back home and your photo reminds me of Suffolk and Norfolk's parks. I think it is rutting season right now over there? so great capture! |

¡Viva México!by markwileyComment: I gave this an 8, only 1 of two.(and this came 3rd on the order by my vote), I really smiled at her smile when I saw it and adore her head piece. I live fairly near the Border, so it is quite a large festival here (as are many others) and I have just realized, I have never been to one. Independence Day, Day of the Dead, in fact any kind of parades for anything in Tucson, nothing. And I have no idea why, I can not think of one reason. That is terrible.
So not only is this a fabulous, happy vibrant photo, you have stirred up a bit of a panicked guilt at all the things I have missed. So well done you, for making me feel that way and making me go out to the next festivities that happen! Message edited by author 2018-09-21 13:26:36. |

Colchicum autumnaleby tnunComment: I swear I learn something new from your photos every time. I did not know and I have never seen in England, crocus in Autumn, always in Spring. And it is native to England! Hugely poisonous, similar to arsenic and no antidote! Where these a paley pinky/purple? |

a dog's lifeby tnunComment: I came back to look at this one again, I was not sure what it was about this, that I wanted to see. I think, it was a much tighter crop. I know it sounds silly, but to see the tighter crop, I held my hands in a circle, almost like a camera lens (and yes, I look stupid doing it, my kids disown me every time) and it the backpack and dog are centered, with a glimpse of the pole and car bumpers. It seemed more impactful to me that way, more of a gritty glimpse. But then again, I could be talking rubbish and just talking about my own take on it and being disrespectful. I am never sure, if I am. |

My Parsleyby vawendyComment: I gave this an 8, a point or two for the pain of having your plant eaten as well! Those are amazing, are they green and yellow by any chance? |
