As I see is your first entry. I did not get to vote but I would probably rate it 4-5.

The image does respect the rule of thirds but it is too busy and the subject does not come out to draw the eye attention. I do notice the camera you used and I might say that for this shot the camera depth of field could not do more (Aperture 2.8). The red leaves (autumn ones) also distract as they are the same colour with the main subject. As suggestion (for this subject) maybe a different framing to have the grass on the far background would have helped.

Post processing could have also brought a bit more contrast and sharpening.

I voted 6 because it did not show "much" panning, indeed, but I do think its a gorgeous image itself that can do a beautiful large print, add or calendar something.

Appealing entrance in the building bunch. Nice and crisp, good editing. I would have tried a different composition to have the skyscraper and all he other adjacent leading lines in the middle of the frame. Good luck! 6
