I love this in black and white.

I think that the boat needs to be much more sharply in focus to make this a high-scoring image.

But... I see that it's overly sharpened in post-processing.

The focus needed to have been on the boat while taking the image, I think.

I think it displays "upright".

But... to me... nothing has fallen... yet.

So... I don't know if it meets the challenge topic.

I'd have entered this genius specimen in Free Study, I think (and I'd have taken out that one white spec on the background... and the dark curve next to it).

It's very lovely. I just LOVE the textures. and the details in all of the whites.

Hard to do.

Deadfall in the Teton looks like they've been neatly sawed at a 90 degree angle... many years ago.



I think if you'd not shown those cuts... maybe moved the camera angle... this would be a winner for "fallen".
