This will probably do really well, as it is a beautiful image.

But, my understanding of the Rule of Thirds is that the subject is a the join of two "thirds lines"... this one lies perfectly on the lower third line, but misses both of the vertical third joins.

It probably won't matter... and maybe I'm wrong.

In any case, I really like the image. And the colors and clarity are stunning.

I wish the tree stood out more. As it is, the snow on the mountains draws my eyes to them much more than the tree.
