It's a wonderful, exciting image... but it appears to be in focus... and not 'blurry' as the Challenge called for. Sorry. I really like it. *sigh*

[edit]"the blurriest, most chaotic and disorganized image" is what the challenge instructed. Yours seems very organized... and the light 'sparks' are so in focus that it doesn't seem to be 'the blurriest' image. You nailed the 'chaotic', though. Perhaps if your focus was just a bit more 'off' (I can't believe I'm saying this! *Grin* ) then this would have met the topic better.
