I really like the composition of this... the grid and the lizard really make a good scene. I took the liberty of downloading it and playing with it (deleted it right afterwards) and think it would have scored much higher with some Shadow/Highlights and contrast... perhaps even Black and White... to make the lizard more of a silhouette and the background to be less noticeable, but still be an interesting background. Good shooting, for sure.

There's something about the gloss of the eyes and mouth that give this an almost evil look to the eyes. Perhaps the white showing under the eye iris adds to it... *sigh*
Otherwise, the shot is really cute.
