Is it moving, and that's why it's not that sharp in places? Without the title, this is not as interesting because I don't know that's water out there. Perhaps a bit more of something to add context? I don't think an image should require a title to be appreciated. That said, I've never seen the inside of a lighthouse light so I think this is fascinating. (not voting yet)
