The horizon looks level to me here... even if irregular. It also seems a bit flat in the contrast. Nice capture, though! |

The building is blocking the horizon, so I don't see it here. It's a really good photo... I like it alot, but I just don't think it meets the challenge. |

This seems a bit 'flat' to me... could use some brightness, contrast or saturation to add a bit of 'pop'. |

I don't see a horizon at all... But, anyway, I'd like to see either more or less of the glasses. Cropping them there looks like an accident to me. |

I lean more towards salt.by JCrest01Comment: Lovely! I see the tilt, but not the horizon. I think both are needed in a Tilted Horizon challenge to not DNMC.
