Exponentialby giantmikeComment: I see ... maybe... ONE right angle in this image. *sigh*
I love it... but... for another challenge.
I'm hoping it will score highly anyway. It's really a wonderful play of light and reflection. |

Change of Directionby MargaretNetComment: I totally LOVE this image!
Your use of the space and your composition of it is ... so intriguing!
Unfortunately... for this challenge... the viewers will want to see (I think) the right angles as... right angles.
I know they're there. You know they're there. The voters know they're there, but...
I can't imagine that if anyone looked at this image and had 100 chances to give a two-word description of it... that anyone would mention "right angle".
So... I fear that your score is probably suffering from that.
I'd have to agree, though... it doesn't portray "right angles" as well as if you'd shot the image from a less fun perspective. *grin* |

1st Classby DennisheckmanComment: Oh! THERE is is! Right smack dab in the middle.
Thank you for making the right angle so prominent. I hope the voters reward you for it.
This is a fun image. |

physiognomy studyby mariucaComment: To me... *sigh*
The strongest angle in this image is the "nose" looking one... to the left. It appears to be about 70 degrees.
I like the image very much... but...
One of my favorite photographer friends here on DPC once told me that... the eye will always go to the lightest part of the image... and the lightest, largest part is... that angle that points to the left edge.
Unfortunately, it's not a right angle.
Still... I love this image... just not for the challenge topic, despite the fact that there are many, many minor right angles everywhere. *sigh* |

angels are never wrongby mitalapoComment: Angels? Here?
Even if I look at this image (which I really, really do like, by the way) with the topic at hand... the lines that come to me first and stay with me ... are the angled ones that look like about 45 degrees...
The 90 degree ones are... secondary.
But, I've been called crazy before. *grin* |
