A shot of an animal in a cage doesn't convey 'purity' to me.

Nice effect. Needs cropping a little on the right hand side IMO. I wonder what the oof circles are, I like them!

Wow, bold and minimalist! I like it. Nicely seen and lit. Perhaps not quite enough to justify a really big score though...

Man, have some respect! This is a terrible shot with no compassion. It feels like finger pointing.

Very nice, but I feel the effect is overdone on the forehead. I also feel that she is a mutant as I want to see a little of the other eyebrow. The remaining eye has a lot of impact though. Somthing about the pose doesn't quite work... it feels that she's struggling to remove a flower which has been stuck up her nose rather than coyly hiding behind it. Perhaps the eye should be a bit nearer the flower?

Snow does give a sense of purity, but I don't feel it in this photo.

The eyes should ALWAYS be the element of the shot which is in focus, here it's the hair nearest the camera. As a rule, try to get people looking INTO negative space. Here, everything left of the eyes really serves no purpose in the photo.

This communicates innocence in the way that ANY photo of a baby would communicate it. The composition isn't great, I'd have been tempted to crop out the forehead, which focuses attention on the eyes, mouth and hand. I would definitely have included a little more of the lower arm. The expression isn't amazing, especially the mouth. It's about capturing the special moments, and I don't believe this is one of them. The foreground element that the baby is lying on doesn't work for me with the composition.

Soft-focus gone mad! Nice composition though. Real shame it's been killed by overusing the blur.

Looks blurry rather than soft-focus. Soft-focus still needs to communicate that the photographer knows how to focus. Could do with a slightly tighter crop to remove whatever is behind the baby's head and the other person's shoulder for more impact. Baby's face is slightly overexposed. I'd prefer a little more photo above the person's eyes. Was it deliberate to chop the ear?
