"Not many in again tonight, Doreen"by mrr1Comment: Poor band. I'd have been tempted to get on the edge of the stage with the band, and shown the band at the edge of the shot in wide angle playing to an empty bar. The shot feels a bit tilted to me. Composition is too cluttered with no clear focal point. |

Serena Maneeshby turbulensComment: Great tatoos and hair. But WHY include half a hand? If you're going to have a hand, have the WHOLE hand. Also, I'd have placed her nearer the right edge of the frame, otherwise the composition feels unbalanced and unimaginative. |

Cheap pleasureby janskuComment: Light is too harsh, and texture of background is too distracting. Composition seems unimaginative. |

Trout Fishing in Americaby A VaryaComment: Yep, this is live music but there's too much compositional clutter, it's hard for the eye to know where to settle. It does feel like a snapshot. I don't get much of a sense of what the music is like, or that this was a special moment above the rest of their show. |

Singing her heart outby pacpintoComment: Composition seems unbalanced to me... I see what you've gone for with the lights and performer but it doesn't work for me. Her face is looking to the right of the shot, so the viewer's eye is led straight out of the shot. Nothing seems to obey rule of thirds, and IMO it lets this photo down. Noise is bad, did you try NeatImage? |

Getting Into It!by christie3Comment: The selective desat strikes me as naff here. Compositionally it feels a little unbalanced, I'd have moved him to the right of the shot a tad. Your desat has resulted in some red to the side of his hat. Nothing's quite sharp enough. |

ARIZINGby psquared40Comment: Photos with audience's heads rarely work unless they have their hands in the air or there's amazing lighting on them. The resulting effect here is that of a snapshot. Compositionally, why have all that space to the right? He's looking to the left, leading the eye out of the shot. Put him on the right. |
