Forlorn in the gardenby ColeyComment: Subject too centred in the frame for my taste, otherwise great composition. I love how the eye is drawn in to the girl by the wooden 'spokes'. Great portrait. Perhaps if she was off centre and if you'd made more of the foreground leaves this could have been improved. 8 |

Rock Garden - Karesansuiby chamuComment: This shot looks like a snapshot... ie no thought went into this. It's also very blurry. There's nothing interesting to look at here. Also no interesting use of colour, composition, texture, etc. Look on the internet for resources on composing a shot, or ask for advice on the forum. |

Dessert on the grassby LorhComment: Why is there dessert on the grass? And why is it so blurry and out of focus? Why is everything so oversaturated? Lighting is too harsh on your dessert!

Flying aroundby vignirComment: Superb, I've not seen a bee's wings captured so well. The composition lets this down a little for me though... unless there is a good reason, it is better not to perfectly centre your main subject. This makes your flowers and bee look like a triangular composition which is too symmetrical for my taste. 9 |
