| This is sooo close to being one of the very very best. The problem is the background, and the lack of any detail in the dark head area. Maybe dodge and burn can save this. |

| Really, really lovely shot! Excellent capture! Only complaint is the purple tint of the black areas on the bee. Still, high marks from me. =-) |

| Best capture of a flying insect in the challenge. Looks like he has a pretty good buzz going and it is not even Friday night. Nice shot. |

| Superb, I've not seen a bee's wings captured so well. The composition lets this down a little for me though... unless there is a good reason, it is better not to perfectly centre your main subject. This makes your flowers and bee look like a triangular composition which is too symmetrical for my taste. 9 |

| It's difficult to have a better in focus with a small aperture, maybe more sharpening ?, but very good shot ! |

| Well captured. The focus may be just a little off though. An increase in DOF would help with this. With these kind of shots apperture priority (Av) mode might help. |
