The lonerby tyrkinnComment: Too much detail in your sky for this to really work as negative space for me. 5 |

Palomaby amonteforteComment: Where's the negative space? There's colour, texture and detail everywhere! 1 |

Heraby vjozComment: Would be even better with NeatImage... try it, it's free! Could do with a little colour balancing to remove the yellow cast on the face. A little blurry, but superb composition. 6 |

1957 - A Good Vintage Redby wetlandComment: Took me a little while to get my bearings here! Nice idea, but I don't like the glare at the bottom right of the frame, and there are too many reflections in the paint for this to really work as negative space for me. 5 |

AfroManby KonadorComment: Excellent concept, unfortunately your lighting REALLY doesn't flatter the subject. The harsh shadows really detract, and the glare on the eyes is a big minus. 5 |

Ascensionby goodtempoComment: This is a beautiful and outstanding picture, BUT there's no negative space. 4 |

Father and Sonby arnitComment: Uncomfortable with existing artwork. Also, your negative space has too much in it for my taste. 1 |

A Mother's Loveby BobsterLobsterComment: Hmm... looks like lots of people didn't see the relevance to the challenge. Are you all blind?! I was by a river covered in trees and bushes looking out into a clearing. e301's comment was most perceptive, as the couple did not know they were being photographed, but I hope nothing as sinister as he was implying was going on here. |
