It's a ncie enough landscape, I suppose, but framing the red tree more interestingly might have made it pop. Pretty clouds, good lighting.

The eye is, oddly, drawn to the hand. The lack of any logical central point of attention in the shot contributes to it looking snapshottish.

The eye isn\'t drawn anywhere, though the colors and lighting are nice. A more directed choice of focus, combined with less muddy composition (meaning, what you want us to see is central, and the rest doesn\'t distract from it), might have helped a lot.

It might have been about the deer, or the building, but somehow managed to not quite be either.
