Yes, it's a 50mm. Thanks to my little redneck bird-fishing invention I can get them right in front in me now without them knowing and with my new fast lens I'm having a ball!!

The wood grain is awesome, but the bright lower right hand corner draws my eyes away from everything. A little off each side, maybe?... making it a vertical photo?
