Nice capture, the flower has to many flaws on its pedals. When shooting flowers you need to fined the very best of the bunch.

I love the intricate detail you can find in the centre of a flower! I would like to have seen more of the centre in focus and possibly a shallower DOF on the petals so the bad parts on the petals weren't too noticeable.

This is just my humble opinion.
