You put that title so you'd get comments, didn't you? It worked! Looks like 11:13ish to me. I like the centered composition. The lack of background color looks okay with this photo. IMO, it allows the viewer to focus on the subject without distractions. Speaking of distractions, the border is somewhat on the thick side. A more conservative approach would compliment it better. Overall, I like your subject choice and your presentation of it.
