 Photographed on a cloudy day. Except for the pigeons, the clock tower fit the bill for balance. Cropped the image of the roof to get just the tower; rotated slightly counter clockwise to compensate for the angel of the shot; desaturated the image; brightened the sky and adjusted the contrast curve; added a border; adjusted for web size; cloned and erased an antenna that was only on the right; and finally sharpened.

using synmmerty to show balance works for me, only downside is that the sky is a little bright.

This is very nice. Love the choice of gray shades. I usually don't like a heavy border but this one works.

ummm ... perhaps a digital watch would be better for you :)

I like the birds, too bad you couldn't get just the top half so the birds would be more visible.

Were you going by the time on your watch or what the clock tower says? It looks like it says 11:13 to me. The pic is pretty well balanced though.

Nice shot but I don't understand your title. The clocks in your picture read 11:13.

You put that title so you'd get comments, didn't you? It worked! Looks like 11:13ish to me. I like the centered composition. The lack of background color looks okay with this photo. IMO, it allows the viewer to focus on the subject without distractions. Speaking of distractions, the border is somewhat on the thick side. A more conservative approach would compliment it better. Overall, I like your subject choice and your presentation of it.
