An interesting thing about these kind of posters is that I get the opposite message than is said. In other words, the best managers surround themselves with people that are smarter than they are in other areas of expertise.

I thought for sure this was a direct copy of something from despair.com, but I don't see it there. Still sure this was "inspired" by another work. Good job on the lighting. I have difficulty photographing metal without glare from my lights. A nitpick is that I see some jaggies on the edges fork handles that may have been avoidable.

Great pic, what kind of lens are you using to get such great bug macros? Not sure how the slogan works for me. Doesn't seem to have the twist that a demotivator needs. Will certainly place well above my own, however!
