The crop seems a little tight and awkward for my tastes. The image comes off to me slightly flat as well. Some minor adjustments could perk it up a bit. Sorry to have to be so harsh with what is probably your first vote.

This shot seems soft and unclear. I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 62k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing most of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)

Watch your JPEG compression when you save, I can see some artifacts around the edges of the turrets. With a 97k file size, you had a lot more overhead and could have used less compression on this.

A bit of haloing around the edge of the sky and building. I've gotten nailed for that a few times myself. It's a fine line to walk when trying to give it some "wow" under basic rules.
