Abstracts are weird challenges. Usually my votes line up more or less with the overall palcement, but not this time. I gave this one an 8 and was surprised to see where it placed overall. Some very good photography scored very low in this challenge.

I hate to leave a low vote without explanation, so I came back to this after hitting the 3 and pressing on. I'm afraid it just comes off very blurry and nothing about it that really grabs attention either. I do see some effort and thought behind it however, so I can't leave it with that 3. That is reserved for the average snapshot my mom takes. Blurry and soft is a hard thing to do well. I can't pull it off either.

Blurry goodness. I also like the almost pastel tones. Blur is tough to pull off effectively, but this is great!

No Coke, Pepsi! That's what popped into my head when I saw this. Could have benefited from a bit of selective noise reduction, but that's my only nitpick. Otherwise, I really like this.
