Fantastic shot. Looks like it's from the same set that killed it in another challenge. Though they are ON the surface, this does not strike me as the surface being the subject or a major element. I'm sure it will do well in the challenge however.

Did wayyy better than mine. I think I may have made mine too dark because of the challenge topic I entered it into. Looks like you may have also taken yours from a few feet further to the right. Being a 3 frame shot with a FF camera, as opposed my M4/3 single frame probably didn't hurt either. It's a good learning experience to see how others handle the same exact scene.

I think you ran into the same thing I did. The light was good and it had lots of potential, but wasn't quite enough to pull the wow factor from the scene that it needed here. Yours got a 7 from me.
