Swept Awayby LeoComment: Effective use of selective focus, this gives me the impression of depth and motion in a still image. |

Life, etc.by bob350Comment: Quirky and unique. I like this a lot. There is just a teeny bit of perceptible tilt which is made visible because of all the right angles. |

Too wet to moveby gysComment: Do you really need another comment on this? I'm sure they are piling up. A very different bug shot. I expect to see this entry near the top of the challenge. |

Happyby ThatChickOverThereComment: I think the closed eyes adds to the impression of happiness you are conveying. I am wondering, however, if you are getting killed in voting for it. Some could take it as a flaw. I'll be curious to see where this places and to read others comments after the challenge. |

Fall collides with Winterby PikkelComment: There are some aspects of this scene I really like, such as the appearance of the pine trees in the distance. Good dimension to that. On the negative side, there is a visible tilt to the image and that is likely hurting it a lot. Also the foreground does not have much interest or oomph to it. I think cropping some off the bottom and fixing the tilt would make for some huge differences. There some good potential to this scene, however. If you choose to do a post-challenge reedit of this, I would love to see it. |

Little Schpinkenby MotekComment: A cute pic, but it comes off to me as more of a snapshot than as a candid portrait. Perhaps a different angle on the lighting could help, but I am not really sure. Sorry. |

Morning Rush Hourby MarikaComment: Generally I like this, though I think the rear OOF area has too much of a distinct falloff. More gradual would help. I have not yet tried one of these myself, so it may be far better than I could do. |

Ready to Cruiseby fldaveComment: I think the falloff of the out of focus zone is too distinct to be effective. Since I have not attempted one of these myself, I feel a little awkward pointing out the flaws, but I'd rather leave an explanation. |
