The path to nirvanaby mikhaelComment: Great shot, and I can see the connection you are making, but I'm not sure how well it really suits the topic. |

Chainedby CJinCAComment: Seems a bit soft and fuzzy somehow. Other than that, it's some nice rust, but that soft appearance is killing it for me. |

Into the Psychedelic Unknown by bryanbrazilComment: Grog like this cave! Cold fire things make so Grog can see painting on wall. Painting tells Grog of many battles fought and many enemies slain. Great hunter and fighter lives here. |

Door is open ...anyone can "enter"by kprasad9375Comment: Normally shots of computer screens fare pretty badly and deservedly so, but I think you approached the idea in a very effective manner. The selective focus and slight angle work for this, and you composed it so that my eye is led to address field. A high vote for this one, because you effectively pulled off a shot that many others have failed with. |

Hingeby MurrmaidComment: The patterns of the building are interesting and event the odd perspective view seems to work. It does come off to me as a bit flat looking, however. I copied it into PaintShop Pro to see, and found a quick adjustment of levels and curves made a huge difference. |

Mission Hillby NJComment: Not caring for this, I'm afraid. I find it cropped a little tight and the light sepia treatment does not work for me. For such a subject, I enjoy seeing the detail pop out at me. |

Entrance of excitementby marcwscComment: A good snapshot, but a bit busy for me. All the stuff in the background tends to pull my gaze away from the real subject. |

I C U - Doors to the shop. (CW)by tehbenComment: Very cool looking. Extremely abstract, but there are recognizable doors, or at least what looks like doors. I expect this is going to get creamed in voting, just because that is the usual fate of abstracts in a non-abstract challenge. I like it a lot, however. |

Ride the spiralby aliquiComment: I'm dizzy already. Guessing this may be a Tammster entry, because she has lot's of lighthouses nearby and a new wideangle lens. |

East Texas Cottageby ndistressComment: The real estate agent described this place as "cozy". I do realize that is marketing speak for "small", but this is ludicrous! Gotta admit, I do like the location, though. |
