Waiting for sunset

This was just a drone-friendly challenge. Other challenges may be friendly to someone who has a full frame camera and expensive lenses (Bokeh) or access to exotic subjects. I have a drone as well, and if I'd been traveling to someplace interesting that week, I may have entered a drone shot as well. I also think the drone shots will be harder to score highly with as they become more common.

The little lighthouse

Great use of a drone. The rings of waves around the breakwater really add impact. I wonder what caused those? Looking again, that is probably not waves, but the patterns of sand under the water. The drone certainly could not have created those.

Sky On Fire Sunset

The Ludington lighthouse seems to be popular of late, having entered my own sunset shot of it in the last FS. One of the most visually interesting lighthouses I visited. You captured a nice wave crashing on the breakwater in this scene.
