No. I'm sure the the placement is quite coincidental, but it sure looks like the boat hit the cow. Someone left the boat there, and the cow just happened to die in that spot. It didn't appear to have been there long. I'm sure when the landowner becomes aware of this, the cow carcass will be quickly removed.
