Is this what a grown up teletubbie looks like?
I'm having a hard time deciding if I can interpret this as fitting the theme or not. There is certainly a creative use of blur, but not what I would call a blurry mess.

A lot of background blur, though not messy or choatic at all. I do like the image however. Nice subtle brown and blue in the background. The leaf may be cropped a touch too centered for the usual kind of composition.

I'd say it's a blur, though not much in the way of messy or chaotic. As far as the image itself goes, it's reasonably interesting. Nice contrasty b/w, though there is a tilt that needs to be corrected.

I'm afraid I don't see this image as meeting the challenge. The road may be a blurry mess of slush, but the image itself is neither blurry nor messy.

As far as the image itself goes, I'm not finding it grabs me much. Perhaps a lower perspective to the ground would get some of the texture and reflections of the lights in the slush. That would be a blurry mess and probably cool looking as well.
