DOF is a little shallow, the effect of that does fine on her hair, but the softness on the lower part of her face does not look right. Otherwise, its a nice portrait.

It's an interesting pattern, but it appears pixelated and unclear. I see lots of evidence of heavy JPEG compression, but your file size does not indicate heavy compression on the final image. It must have been highly compressed somewhere else along the way, though. Save intermediate steps as a TIFF or your image editor's native format in order to avoid compression loss..

Very cool looking. I think perhaps you should have cropped it with the focal point off center a bit and more to the top of the frame. The whole image is so strong, however, that for this one it is a minor thing.
