Your file size is only 42k in size. I can see the compression artifacts, but they are not as bad as such a file size usually has. You have certainly lost a lot of detail to that JPEG compression, however. Check your JPEG compression settings when you save the file, and always try to come in as close to the upper limit for the challenge as you can.
