Heavy night or what!!by ConnorComment: I see a preference for beer. Those are empty and the rest are unopened...
I had to go back and read the rules again, but it specifies "no wine or drinking glasses." Nothing about bottles. Good thinking. |

Sunset Lightby JessiComment: "Dadddy! You know I hate what that wideangle lens does to my nose!!!"
Sorry, but that's what popped into my head. |

Late Afternoon Flightby ZeusComment: A decent enough sunset, but it does not really stand out to me from similar shots in any regard. Perhaps there was just too much detail to pack into only 640 pixels. Bumping up the colors a bit, but still keeping it realistic may have helped as well. |

dripby oscarthepigComment: Seems oversharpened, but without a lot of clear detail. I want to temper that hard comment, as I know these things can be difficult to do. I have not done any drop shots myself yet. |

must... climb... up...by skewsmeComment: Well, this is an interesting macro. Clearly a photo of opportunity, if it was staged you would have cleaned the bulb first. A good part of the photographers eye is recognizing that interesting shot when it presents itself. Good job here. |

A World of Richesby GopaulComment: I like the concept, however I'm afraid the execution need some work. No doubt others will tell you the image should have used the full 640 pixels allowed on at least one side. White balance also seems to be a bit off and is giving a slight yellow cast to this image. Taking the WB adjustments a little cooler will help that.
The biggest problem, however, is that it seems blurred and unclear. I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 27k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing most of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one) |
