Looks like a midday sun shot. That's usually the hardest light to get a good shot in. I'm afraid this comes off a little flat to me. I popped it into PSP to see, and found and some curves, saturation and clarify gave it quite a bit more pop. The composition is a little static to me as well. Maybe some alternate cropping to get it to flow a bit differently could bump it up a bit.

Interesting thing, Google is. I did an image search for Toilet car and it brought up quite a few interesting custom vehicles.
