So, you will probably get a lot of "wish the bike was in focus" sorta comments. I will say that the bike/rider being out of focus actually makes this image work for me. The sharply focused kissing couple is wonderful, and having my eye drift off the oof bike and find them is a nice surprise.

You might crop out the serious looking woman on the left, even though it means losing a bit of the rider's arm. Keep all of the front tire in, I think it will work even better. She kinda kills the mood created by the rest of the image. Still I like this a lot. 8

I love the color in this, the composition. Might have wished for more depth of field (though not much more, as the oof seat adds a sense of depth and dimension). Assuming a shallow depth of field was necessary, you picked the right focal point. Since the "sissy bar" is actually carrying the highlight of the image, it tends to draw the eye there, and then disappoints by being unsharp. After the basic editing limitations are gone, a subtle burn-down of that element so that it is not the brightest might be worth a try. But I really like the image overall, and it is a refreshing entry in the Bike challenge. 8

dramatic, well seen composition. while some might say it is too contrasty, I actually like the feel of this, the mood, and the curving line thru the image adds a flow to it that is really nice. 8

I like this best of the "mirror" shots in this challenge. Maybe even an image flip would be interesting--Nikon would be un-reversed, and the "looking in a mirror" aspect would vanish.

Resistance against making a "Resistance is Futile" comment is, in fact, futile.
