Very cute, lovely hair. Regarding the focus issue, I think if you cropped a good amount off the bottom then less of the image will be out of focus, and you will have a much stronger image.

I agree that cropping would better emphasize her and her cuteness. But I would probably opt for a more traditional portrait structure with the cropping -- thus put her closer to center than what jutilda suggested. But then again, what do I know about portraits compare with her.
