Great blues and greens in the water. Good example of utility of polarizer filter. Horizon seems just a bit curved, probably related to 18 mm focal distance used -- easy to correct this in PS.

Really like how the silos recede into the mist, as well as the contrast between the grey/brown mist below and the blue/pink sky above. Very moody shot.

Waves in the water are lovely, especially the ones with the sharp tips. If you want to emphasize them better, might want to crop out about 2/3 of the sky.

Love the combination of the spiky grass, the rough wall and the almost smooth wood. Colors are nice as is the composition. Ij contrast to the previous comment, I like the grass because it not only is an additional texture but provides added depth to the picture.

Love the rocks at the bottom of the water and how they are framed by the trees. Might consider cropping a little off the top, as the field in the background is a little distracting (in particular the red stuff in the middle).

Nov 1 - Reflection in the night

Like the blue light on the right, too bad it does not reflect. Agree with suggestion to straighten horizon and crop sky. If this is a high resolution image, could even do drastic cropping, keeping just the lower right quadrant.

Beautiful bird! Like how you were able to bring out that the beak and legs have the same combination of black and yellow/orange. Also, nice smooth water background.

Regarding the issue of what is a bird doing in a water picture, my attitude is that the challenge has water as a theme -- thus water itself or things in a watery environment are all fair game. My 1st entry (wood duck) is similar to yours in this regard.
