A Touch of Yellowby K-RobComment: Beautiful shot outside of this challenge. But "country life"? And frankly, I am tired of seeing flowers photographed. Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, it is a well executed shot indeed, but the subject matter doesn't work for me, not for this challenge anyway. 5 |

At the end of the dayby eikidigiComment: Wow, I give this one a 10. Beautiful blues and greens contrasting with the white. Works well for the challenge and nicely executed too. Good job! |

Playby LanSnakeComment: Nice candid shot here. I would play with the shutter speed though to get rid of the blurry effect. |

Highland Calfby worldtravellerComment: They are sooo cute! I like the colors in this photo, all these warm beige and browns. Gives it a nice homy feeling... Great lighting too. |

Backyard vistorsby cathysappComment: Beautiful photograph. Nice composition. I am not sure the subject matter fits the challenge all that well, but on the other hand, why not? |

getting ready for the self-portrait shootby miss parkerComment: I am not sure why you cropped it the way you did. I am guessing, it was to make the composition more interesting. I would turn your head and look to the right a little instead of into the camera. That way, the viewer will follow the direction of your eyes and your cropping will be justified. What do you think? |

Seriously Thirty Somethingby PaigeComment: Beautiful expression on a beautiful face. I like the cropping, you allowed room for the viewer to follow the direction of the eyes. The wood in the background is a little distracting. This would look really nice with a white or grey backdrop, or just a blurred background. |

..Goodbyeby dan_pendletonComment: I know this is an old challenge, but I am new to the site. So, here is my comment now... I absolutely LOVE this shot. Stirred up a lot of emotions in me. The feeling of despair of coming home and finding all her stuff is gone! Brilliantly captured. Love the coat hangers. One critisizm, the model is little fuzzy, while the focus is one the reflection, I don't know if this was on purpose... Great work! |
