Looks like you may have been blessed with just enough overcast sky to escape the excessively harsh shadows that often come along with this setting.

Really interesting swirls of light on the hills (that do indeed look like sand dunes in the Sahara) make a striking composition. At quick glance from a distance the image could have a similar light pattern from a sky at sunset. Slight rotation clockwise a tic or two to make the lines of the grain elevator more upright would help.
