The tiled roof shelters a home hidden at the bottom of a foggy hill in a city. Is the color from streetlights/moonlight or is there some post-processing at work here too?

This image just begs to be at the top of a human interest story explaning the odd justaposition of holidy decorations and cemetary markers in a center divider among broad streets.

Calm in L.A.

Comment:
It is easy to agree that calm spots tend to be hidden and hard to find in big cities. I wonder if this would be stronger if taken from a little higher camera position, maybe also moving over to the left a little to show more of the second woman's face and less of the bright window, which distracts from the peaceful light of the candles.

Downtown illuminated

Comment:
This has a nice exposure for the lights and the reflections. Unfortunately, the horizon is slightly tilted, which normally might be hard to notice but, in this case, the tall buildings and their reflections are positioned to exaggerate the impact. Just a tiny rotation (allowed in basic editing rules) might have allowed a higher score.
Napoletanità (Being Neapolitan - Seccia means unluck and 13 is the lucky number)

People somtimes complain of feeling chained to their desk chair, but I hadn't thought about a desk chair being locked to a post on the street. Thanks for translating "seccia", which helps me better understand the image.

The image communicates "city" clearly, and I like the choice of black/white to highlight the repetition of wheels and fenders without the distraction of differing colors. "Hidden" is less obvious, but would make for an interesting conversation.

A good bed and breakfast tucked away in a hidden corner of a city can be a treasure. Nice to know at least one exists in Phoenix.

Comment:
Small is almost an understatement when the motorcycle handles almost don't fit between the fence and the wall. Intersting, but grim feeling.

Looks like rain could fall any second. A faster shutter speed might have helped keep the reeds sharper despite the breeze. In the context of this challenge, I wonder if the hidden swamp is hidden in a city. Hope you let us know.

The Other Side of the Tracks...

Comment:
Although this one doesn't leap to the top of the competition in this challenge, the yellow-brown weeds, gravel, and gritty sidewalk have an honest kind of artistic merit that I didn't get at first glance.
