Nice effect. Don't know how you did it, so I don't know if my suggestion is a possiblitly, but if the fire would have been secondary to the face, instead of the other way around, it would have bene more obvious, to me. Reminds me of a depiction of hell. karmat

Good work. As the viewer, I can almost feel her pain. I like the addition of the teddy bear, it gives a feeling of trying to go back to the innocence of childhood, or the like. The focus on the wall being sharp, and the girl being "not sharp" is kinda distracting, but it may add to the discord of her "life." Jury still out on that. karmat

Pretentious? Nah, but why would you want three books fo the same thing? Good composition, and i like the lighting and focus. My only suggestion would be to choose an apple with a deeper red (red delicious, maybe?) so that it stands out a bit more. :-) karmat

The composition and focus on this are great. Blue Angels, right?. I almost think it needs a bit more contrast, though. Even though the blues are different, they kinda blend together, in my opinion. karmat
