I think adding a bit of context for this shot would have made it more interesting. As it is, there is no where for the eyes to "rest" giving it the feeling that there isn't really a subject (I know the subject is obvious, but . . .). I almost feel like I'm looking at a shot where you "just missed" the subject in an action shot.

Great shallow depth of field and focus. The only thing not totally appealing to me is the colors, but i understand that you don't control that. :)

Definitely rain. The road leads into (and out of) the frame nicely, but it seems a bit dark to me, with the one section on the far right being blown out.

I like this shot. The simple colors are very appealing to me. It does feel just a touch off balance, though, because the ducks are more *in* the frame than the rocks. Just a tiny nitpick though. Good work.

Interesting choise to use bw on this. It gives it a very "primitive" feeling, and I suspect helps the viewer to focus on the water more than the foliage and stuff around it.
