Sharpening overdone. The sepia color doesn't seem to add anything to this. I think the contrast of a bright blue sky would have offset the dilapidated buildings better.

The only thing I would have changed is moved the center point over a little so the flowers are not dead center. Otherwise, very nicely done.

Cows seem to get lost in the horizon. Clouds have unnatural sharp outlines. A more natural approach would have worked better.
