Nevermoreby GermaineComment: Has kind of a dark Poe feel to it, borders on the macabre. This kind of imagery is very reminiscent of filmwork during the 30s and 40s. Lots of great texture and excellent bird detail. |

I particuarly like the soft focus in the background opposing the sharp detail in the foreground. Beautiful flowers bathed in all that fabulous bright light. I'll take snowdrops over snow anyday! ;-) |

umbrellas-007.jpgby jomariComment: This came out really nice! I love the sandstone textured look, it appears almost sketchlike and definitely enhances the rainfall. This also has somewhat of an oriental appearance.. must be the umbrellas. Nice play of darks and lights and the colors are very rich. Definitely do more like this!! |
