Very nicely done. My comment would be to lower your ISO to 100 , use a more optimum aperture say between F8 - F11 for your lens. This would give you a better & crisper image quality. Exposure time of course will go up to probably but that would only enhance the streaks.

ISO800 would result in a granier image and image quality at F26 will also be poorer. Hope my comments help. I do have some night images which in my portfolio that you could view for ref. Andrew
