The Wrath of Mountainsby optionComment: Holy shit, I hope this is an avalanche practice not and accident. I sure hope nobody got hurt or worse died. |

The Staredownby VitaminBComment: This image has parts that could make it a great image, color and contrasting background but more parts of the fly need to be in focus because in macro shots people want to see all the details of the subject. Using smaller aperture or focusing a little deeper into the image would make a difference. |

the elementsby dmaddenComment: Magnificent sunset photo. Love the green ocean but you went a little to far on the red saturation in the sky. |

L O U V R E S Q U Eby benpicturesComment: Beautiful image. Love the B&W conversion and the sharpness of the details. If anything could be better it might be that the top half of the image has all the interesting parts and the lower part lacks something to catch the eye. Just a small object in the water would have made a difference. |

Tree Frog on Leafby sparrowsdeathComment: An supersharp image with stunning colors. On the down side the leaf on the left that overlaps the frog is distracting as it causes blur on the left leg. I think if you went a little to the left you would have eliminated this problem. If possible a smaller aperature would have made a deeper DOF which would have made the frog more interesting as more of it would be in focus. |
