The Sky's The Limitby midnight442Comment: This is a nice interpreation of this challenge. I don't know why but this photo just doesn't grab me. I don't see anything wrong with it on the technical side, so my distaste is on the subjective side. I wonder what I am looking at. It appears to be a wall of some sort but I'm not entirely sure. Maybe in the future, the subject of your challenge could be more distinct and more visually impacting. Keep up the good work! |

Spirit of Saint Louisby insipidangelComment: This is a neat photo but I am having trouble relating it to the challenge. The foreground is out of focus. It looks like your editing software got a little out of control with you as well. The contrast here is very harsh. I know that the Spirit of St Louis was an airplane but I don't see an airplane in this photo. Centering up those knobs at the bottom would have been helpful as well. |

Texas Indian Blanketsby marcelleComment: The flowers are nice... I can't put my finger on it but there is something wrong with this photo. It looks very grainy. There is no sharpness... |

Overviewby ciscocaliComment: This shot looked much better from the thumbnai perspective... There are some definite focus issues on the plant branches. Achieving good depth of field is hard sometimes but it's worth the effort on a shot like this. I don't know what kind of camera you use, but a shot like this could have easily been made from a tripod with a smaller aperture to achieve full focus on this shot. If your camera doesn't allow this, you may wish to consider evaluating your subjects and working exclusively within the range of your camera's capabilities. Try this same shot again and move back from the wall about 18" and see if th focus doesn't improve some :) |

Sather Towerby bobgaitherComment: This is a nice photo... i see your "ground up" subject but I wish this particular photo had a higher camera angle and was shooting towards a higher elevation. *My* interpretation of this challenge is not well displayed in this shot, but I don't expect everyone to see things like I do! Good job... |

Fractals Entering Cartesian Spaceby ReignComment: This is an interesting photograph but I think it would do a much better job of relaying the challenge topic if it was rotated 90 degrees clockwise to give some sense of looking up. |
